Import Trades from Fidelity
You can connect Fidelity to TradeJournal.co to automatically import and journal your trades. TradeJournal.co supports file upload and API connections for Fidelity.
- Log into your Fidelity account.
- Click on Accounts & Trade, and select Portfolio.
- Click the Activity & Orders tab, and expand the History section.
- Choose the time period you wish to export, and click Go.
- Set the sort order to sort by ascending date.
- Click the download link on the right side of the page.
- Save the file in CSV format to your desktop (or anywhere else - just remember where you put it).
- Here on the import page, click "Choose file", choose the file you created above, and click "Upload".
NOTE: Fidelity does not provide times for each execution; please see this help article for details on the resultant limitations.
- File import: Upload a statement or export from Fidelity (CSV, Excel, or broker-specific format) via Import.
- API import: Link your Fidelity account to sync trades automatically.
Go to Import on TradeJournal.co to connect Fidelity and start journaling your trades.
