How to get your transaction history from Merrill Edge / Merrill Lynch

  1. Log in at merrilledge.com.
  2. Go to Accounts → Download Account Data (under Account Resources).
  3. Under (1) Choose Category or Account, select your account.
  4. Under (2) Choose Application, select Spreadsheets and Text.
  5. Under (3) Choose Settings:
    • Select Activity.
    • Under Activity Filters, check Security Transactions and uncheck other options.
    • For Settlement dates, select Custom Range and set your date range.
  6. Under (4) Download, select Comma-Separated Spreadsheet (.CSV) and click Download.
  7. If you need a long history, download in 3‑month intervals (repeat with different date ranges).
  8. Upload the CSV file below. We use the generic format; if columns don’t match, contact support.
  • File import: Upload a statement or export from Merrill Lynch (CSV, Excel, or broker-specific format) via Import.
