How to get your transaction history from Merrill Edge / Merrill Lynch
- Log in at merrilledge.com.
- Go to Accounts → Download Account Data (under Account Resources).
- Under (1) Choose Category or Account, select your account.
- Under (2) Choose Application, select Spreadsheets and Text.
- Under (3) Choose Settings:
- Select Activity.
- Under Activity Filters, check Security Transactions and uncheck other options.
- For Settlement dates, select Custom Range and set your date range.
- Under (4) Download, select Comma-Separated Spreadsheet (.CSV) and click Download.
- If you need a long history, download in 3‑month intervals (repeat with different date ranges).
- Upload the CSV file below. We use the generic format; if columns don’t match, contact support.
- File import: Upload a statement or export from Merrill Lynch (CSV, Excel, or broker-specific format) via Import.
