First off, totally appreciate referring back to the IRS site—they're really stepping up their clarity and the videos are very helpful. Great little tips in here from your own experiences, like the tax prep fiasco and how annually is fine until you miss that date and get a fine. Great walkthrough from how to figure out what your business structure should be.
