ABCD, B,

This was a good managed trade, I get a little impatient when stocks are moving a little bit slower but I am able to read them way better and react quicker. This trade might have had a tighter stop than it needed, the 2.15 "bottom of 'B' would have been a better risk level. I did see an ABCD pattern form in the 1 min chart, and got in at a dip.

Entry: I saw that this stock was forming an ABCD pattern on the 1 min chart. I got in in a small position size and wanted to risk the 2.20 level, for a target price of around 2.40.

Exit: I saw that is had a little spiked pulled back then attemped to spike again to get stuffed at the same level, this worried me and I was not longer comfortable in the trade. I wanted to get out to protect myself

Pros:

• I followed my risk exit price
• didnt "chase" the move
• small position size

Cons:

• risk level was too tight

ABC, B,

Enrty: This was a slower moving stock trending above VWAP, my plan was to by the dip and sell into the resistance level at the 4.60 level, risking the 4.33 level

Exit: got nervous, but should have held until my risk or exit level was reached

 

Overall, this trade could have use more patients, but working on find a profitable pattern

Entry: I was hesitant to take this because it was in PM, decided to take a super small postion size because the set up was there

Exit: sold into the pop, wanted to be out before market open incase of a morning panic

 

Overall, decent trade. Gave this a B beacuse it was in PM but i think execution and exit were an A given the circumstances

Entry: Took a small starter position size risking the 7.90 area

Enrty2: there was some strength into except 'D' to happend, accidently placed an order for 100 instead of 10

Exit: I got rid on my P&L on my main chart I was watching, and let the the stock play itself because the accidental position size didnt change my thesis. I wanted to risk the 7.90 level. I didnt know how far this stock could go, I already made a mistake with position sizing. I put a limit order to get out right above the lower high incase tests that area and rejects that level. 

 

Overall, I think the setup was that and I reacted. The higher low was not as low as I was expecting but it held the 7.90 level well. 

• double check entry size.. maybe set the deafult to 10-20 shares

Entry: Had a morning spike, was looking for some condolidation level to form near the highs for a ABCD. Saw that the 5 min was holding up will pretty well, and was looking for a continuation to the up side.

Exit: a couple mintues after it did what I wanted and got out right before the 4.00 level because there were some long term resistance

This is A on execution and exit, I gave it a B becuase there was a super nice move that I missed

Entry: Tried looking at the 5 min chart and 1 min chart because missed the previous move. 5 min chart helps me see the overall trend and not get shaken out too early. Saw it had its big run up and wanted to see if it can form another ABCD pattern. Stock was trending above VWAP.

• first entry needed more patience
• second entry, I saw that the 3.90 level was holding well (smaller postion)

Exit: Wanted to lock in profits at the previous resistance level and not get greedy with it. 

• This stock went passed and above my exit level but I am more focused on recognizing the pattern and getting a entry

Enrty: Saw that it bottomed and showed some strength. Got in looking for a continuation of strength

Exit: got spooked from the weakness, got out for a small loss

• should have risked off the previous low but I didnt want to risk a big % incase if that level couldnt hold

Entry: Saw that the stock found some support around the 3.50 wanted to get in with some small size for potential uptrend had a risk level around 3.41

Exit: broke my risk level got out for a loss, bigger percentange loss than I like. should have realized weakness after the 4.00 was rejected
