Founder-involved companies are those for which, at the time of the fund's initial purchase, a founder is a member of the senior management team or the company's board of directors. The fund uses quantitative analysis to evaluate growth potential, valuation, liquidity, and investment risk, along with fundamental analysis of factors such as each issuer's financial condition, its industry position, and market and economic conditions to select investments.
