i started by looking at the 1h timeframe and saw a recent triangle pattern broken by bear. the price reversed back up to the top of the most recent lower high on the triangle and it bouced off of that resistance level. i then switched to the 5 min timeframe and saw that the price is going up very fast. once it bounced off that resistance level i entered a short trade setting my SL above the previous high triangle candle wicks and my TP at a 1:5 risk reward ratio. i also marked out the supply zones in the uptrend by drawing a box based on the candles before the momentum candles. the 200 lenght EMA is under the price which means it says its in a uptrend so it mightve been a mistake going short. the trade ended up being successful and it dropped straight towards and past my TP
