SETUP:

Volume was ok when it started rallying up to breakout point. Once ir did, I noticed it was still going up on less momentum. 

Action:

reduce my intial position size just in case.

Stock met breakout point but quickly went below 9 EMA where my stop loss was.

Should have:

Noticed how 50 SMA was on a downtrend.
