I was mainly interested in figuring out how limit buying and selling worked on Coinbase. Figured out that trying to buy on limit too close to the threshold is not allowed on the first try, so tried to just do a market buy instead. Then, as the price was going down, thought I would try dollar cost averaging (DCA) and try another limit buy a little further out, and that one worked.
The market this afternoon kept moving down towards a much lower support line from earlier in the week, so I exercised my option to just get out. Lost about $5, plus $0.96 in fees but I learned something!
