GamePlan - Week 52
Last week, "Short Trading Week For Me. Happy Holidays! | W51Y2022", last week was an okay week. Overall green but Tuesday messed me up good. Reduced my Max Loss rule to 50% of normal if red on month. Will be dedicating more time to studying again. Focusing on the 80/20 rule going forward. 80% of my work time is focused on trading and improving my trading (studying).
No major other decisions for this week. Just keep an eye on former runners.
No large economic data coming out this week. Shocking.
$SPY looks like it's in a full-on backside on the daily. I can see us hitting $360 again, but maybe not this week. Depends on how long we hold in the little bear flag we're starting the week in. It's important to remember a lot of traders might be taking off or at least getting green and getting out. Don't overstay your welcome this week. Especially with an overall $SPY that's in a new daily (short-term and long-term) bear trend. Mid-term maybe still stuck in a range.

Former gappers to pay attention to
$COSM 4000% runner in 1 day. Yes, that's 3 0's, and not a typo. $0.50 roughly to $23.84. That was on the 16th, it's died off to about $5.80. More multi-day support is around $4.5
$VKTX still in a strong upward trend on 4 hours. In 6 trading days up 150% and holding highs well. Vol fading hard though. A retest back to $6.5 could be expected. Right now at $8.8 with an upside till about $10 - $10.5 before major resistance.
No big gappers yet for today pre-7 AM.
$HTGM is up 65% pre-market BUT it has virtually no vol. Also recently went from $2.38 to $23.63 a 10x+ move. Had a 1:12 normal split and now trending around $5.3. Stuck between $3 support and $6 resistance. Health care stock with 3.2M MC and just 1M shares outstanding. On the 21st did a 10M offering. Quick trades maybe but be careful. Don't see an amazing continuation opportunity on this one right now. Lots of bags.
$ATNF ticker with very little vol that kept having surprisingly strong breakouts. Hit it's big resistance at $2.2 and stalled. Somehow didn't have a good read on it. In hindsight, the 5m was quite okay.

$COSM reached some major support but it seems like it could just be a light bounce that already happened. Not for me anymore. Maybe back in play at $1.70
$VKTX holding highs really well but not seeing a trade on it. Seems to be on a 4h backside atm.
New tickers today pre-7 AM EST
$JNCE 120% move but now holding 80%. Lots of resistance at $1.4. Proper Small cap Biotech, 52M SO, $38M MC, and up on Acquiring rights news.
$KALA when this ticker gets back over $7-$7.5 it's gonna be ready for some big moves. Pharma 1.5M SO and a $6M MC. Really big small cap. The day prior low at $3.54 before the news of FDA accepted Kala's IND application for its lead product came out extended hours.

$LUCY HealthCare 7M SO, $6M MC. This ticker could see some power. Right now it's the second leg pre-market. Saw it late, then did some range trading, could have had 2 winners but got greedy. Never be greedy on the range, always look for quick pops. Especially after the initial sell-off. Take the quick pop and re-enter. Perfect stair formed pre-market will we get a gap and go?
UNCY quick pop and fade. Back being a sub-dollar, not interested. Biotech, 15M SO, $10M MC up on Primary study endpoints.

$KALA held over VWAP mid-day and then had a massive rally. Before I wrap up day trading I need to play swing trade limit orders. 2nd major stair today. $18. Big-time resistance. Up Tuesday Extended hours after it announced FDA acceptance of a IND application for its KPI-012 for the treatment of persistent corneal epithelial defect
$VKTX wow what a trend this ticker has been on. 7 day frontside trend now.
New tickers today pre-7 AM EST
$BXRX at about 40% but lacking vol.. Pharma, 554M SO, $1.3M MC, not seeing any news.

$NUWE is only up 20% but could be worth watching as it's #2 gapper atm. HealthCare, 315M SO, 3M MC, regains NASDAQ compliance cat.. not so exciting.
$ARDX biotech, 187M SO, 471M MC up on FDA appeal grant. Lacked vol on initial pop but then again $ATNF from Tuesday didn't need vol for continuation.
$HOTH Pharma, 1.3M SO, 6M MC, FDA Acceptance. Didn't give it the light of day at first and it ended up trending higher quite nicely. Support ay $7 big-time resistance at $8. Price below the 180D SMA. Will be tough for clean continuation.

$KALA our favorite big spread ticker continues its monstrous climb. Up from peak low to high 700%+. Holding $25 well. $30 Major resistance but could keep shooting past it. Very strong ticker atm with 2 BIG green days locked in. Got to be weary of offering news.
$VKTX is continuing it's uptrend. Just not as interesting as KALA.
$HOTH offering news, looks done for now.

$EVAX is up 35% Biotech, 24M SO, 43M MC, FDA confirmed it received Phase 2 data.. what kinda news is that? Ticker lacking vol too.. no wonder. Idk maybe there will be follow-up news but atm it's a dud.
$TUEM Retail 6M SO, 4M MC no news. Up 80% got to be news somewhere..
$PALI I wasn't so focused on this one but it ran hard when it did. Pharma 1.5M SO, 5M MC and news of update on its U.S. Phase 2 study.
