1. Choppy month
   • 10,161.34 (Day Trading) - 3,375.06 (Swings) = $6,786.28
   • Day Trading was alright, actaully really good for my smaller sizes I used
   • Swings dragged me down a bit, even more in unrealized

   2. Ranging 2,422.17

Jan Game Plan

Day Trading

1. Trade the trend (Frontside, Ranging, Backside)
   1. Size up on frontside
      1. These are the moments when I should be doing north of $20k sizes
   2. Ranging scalps can add a nice chunk of profits
      1. Trade the spread and know when ur in it, don't overdue it once or twice.
   3. Don't chase backside, if you miss it you miss it.
2. Risk Management focused system
3. Do less and earn more 8/20 rule
4. Remove less profitable strategies
5. Focus on the best
6. Good Vol ticker & frontside trend get aggressive, size up and focus on the 5m setups.

Swing Trading

1. Trend following
2. Dumpster dive
3. Lead gapper support & continuation (Overnights)
   1. 180SMA on 5m
   2. Big multi day / week support zones
   3. Worst case you can usually cut on a retest of this former support zone.
4. Invest in concepts that you like
5. Healthy and/or ideally emerging trends
