Im not going to give this a full review. My thesis when I entered was that the market was over extended and to balance out my longs I would fade QQQ. No reason for the trade and reviewing it makes me feel stupid which is exactly why review is necessary. This is getting into my fear of failure and rejection. If the markets were to go down and all my postions went down I would feel like a failure but by putting in this fail safe I could say look im not that bad. This isnt trading its something else. I exited a few days later when the market actually was over extended and would of have worked. I need a clear thesis before I enter along with a plan. This Journal will ensure I have that because entering a postion and writing in here will now go hand in hand.
