- only took this trade out of FOMO from not executing on a short from the opening range
- trading my emotions, not the chart
- I kenw this was a bad trade the moment I entered it
- didn't even know where I was gonna stop out - so dangerous in this market
- The reason I gave this trade a D- and not an F was because I actually stopped out pretty quick to manage risk
Trade 2 - Long 1 Put @ Fomo + Revenge Trading

- got very lucky on this trade
- not only was this FOMO but also revenge trading from Trade 1
- held though stop and got lucky to make a small profit on this trade - bad habit
- honestly I should have just stopped trading after this, even though my final two trades of the day were much better

- this was a good scalp
- trading with the trend - good
- trading a paybooked set up - good
- trading sentiment - good
- took profits too early, even when I was confident this trade was going lower, mainly because of Trades 1 & 2
Trade 4 - Long 1 Put @ Intuition + Bull Trap + Trend Continuation (sentiment based)

- Although this trade was a loss, it was a great loss
- read the market well, good entry
- held for continuation of the winner based on red bearish candle close - good even though this trade was a loser
- this could have been the trade of the week that would have made up for all my managed losses and some - perfectly content with holding this winner
- just unfortunate this stopped me out two minutes before the high
- market trended heavily down after this - but it's ok, I know I was on the right side of the market and that is just trading
- after this trade, i knew i was emotional (rightfully so) and made the smart decision to shut the charts and walk - proud of that!
