Day Summary: I took 2 losing trades today. Both we're not trades coming to me, but me trying to seek opportunity in the market. That was the problem. I need to remember not to try. Just arrive at the destination. I manged the losses today and was disciplined with stopping out, so that is a good takeaway, but I also want to remind myself that these were both unnecesary, no set up trades.
