Day Summary: Wow today really tested me mentally. It turned out to be a great day but the manipulation was real today and it was only conviction that allowed me to hold. I heald through some decent drawdown, then was heavy green and didn't take profits just to watch it go back into drawdown, ultimately dropping to TP. I did a great job on my execution today and my trade management, although there were some sketchy moments and I almost stopped out right before the drop, but that just goes to show when happens when you focus on the process!!

Trade 1 - Short 2 Contracts @ 21 Ema Reject + 4 Targets + Key Level + Intuition
Grade: A-
- pretty good entried considering where we were at the time
- waited for a playbooked set up - good
- trading with trend - good
- this trade was an extemely tough hold but I had conviction I was on the right side of the trade based on multiple factors (4 targets, 15min trendbreak, order flow, perceived that selling pressure was stronger) and that definetly helped me hold
- technically my R was not the best on this trade, being down $110 at one point to make $150
- one thing to note is I was up $130 didn't take profits, then went back into drawdown of $70 ($200 swing) just to end up making an extra $18 - not worth it but I was expecting the continuation on the first drop and I did a good job holding my winnering trade with full size so all and all I'm pretty happy with that
- I almost stopped out at the consolidation at 10:50 but I determined this was likely max pain and where they wanted me to stop out, so I convinced myself to hold for a few more minutes and thatg ultimategly ended up being the max pain point - good job recognizing that
- exits were good, took one at new low support, then set a stop for the runner above the next candle high which got hit - but good job managing a winner incase the momentum continued at that point
- this did end up going quite a bit lower but I got a good chunk of the move and displayed good trade management even when my entry ended up being early
