Day Summary: I did a good job of approaching the market with a submissive mindset today. Submit to the process. Submit to God's plan. If I am outside of that mindset, it's probably better just to skip trading. I took a pretty good first trade, taking it off just a couple ticks away from TP, which turned out that I should have just trusted my analysis and plan because it did hit. All an all though it was a good trade and a decent hold. The second trade worked, however was a much more intuition based trade. If I really dig deep down, I know that was out of FOMO, especially because it wasn't a playbooked set up. I need to continue to work on not allowing FOMO to get the best of me. That is the oppodite of submitting.

- decent hold but I should have trusted my analysis and plan - target was VWAP
- swept liquidity from london highs
- this was counter trend (15min) - risky
Trade 2 - Short 2 MES @ Intuition + Momentum + Forced Trade

- no playbooked set up - bad
- risky bc this trade was just on intuition & momentum
- selling into London lows - probably not the best idea ..
- it was smart to get out of this trade for a small win because I knew right when I took it that it wasn't a submissive trade
