Big Increase in winning rate + longest winning streak. Managed risk better. Just had more freedom to get out due to no trade restrictions and I loved that. Ready to keep increasing size. Started watching the market at 6:45 AM EST, get in the flow by market open.

If there was 1 trade that really summed up July for me it would be this one:

This is one of my best patterns and also the more emotional maturaty I've had with this trade is how I felt more this month. It all came from a lot of reviewing of past trades and understand my emootions and listening to my gut.

This time trading off my feelings was right because I was trading on based how I knew I would feel afterwords if I did and or didn't take this trade. It's almost hard to explain. There was no FOMO inpulse but rather a reverse FOMO. Anticipating that if I didn't trade this clean setup I would then get more FOMO if it worked than would be upset if it didn't.

Getting to this level not only took a lot of live chart time but also recaping time. I spend about 3 hours per week day reviewing my trades. Then another 6-8 hours a month reviewing for the monthly recap.

Easily I spend more time studying my past and others (didn't even count that part) than I do actually trading. That has been a MAJOR catylist in improving my learnng curve and growth.
