March 19, 2026 (1 Trade) (+$48.75)
Overall Grade: B

Day Summary: First day back to trading after getting back from Grand Turk with Adriana and the family. Today was also the first day back after 3 weeks of little trading (PR - José in NH - GT), and considering I've spent a lot of money during that time period, I did a good job of having no expectation for the day and being patient. Now, the trade I took today wasn't my bread and butter set up (21 EMA Trap), but I had a good feel on the market and executed a scalp with a good R, while taking advantage of the momentum. I also held to my preset TP which I am getting waty better had which is huge progress. Nice to get back to the charts and start off with a win, but remember to continue that mindset of having no expectations going forward.

TRADES
Trade 1 - Long 1 MES @ Momentum + Intuition + Scalp
Grade: B

- intuition led to me believe that shorts would be selling into this momentum
- good entry on the quick pullback, limited risk (stop under previous candle low)
- not a playbook set up - not ideal
- trading with price action of momentum
- just seeing this now but Trust The Chart
- good job holding the winner to preset TP
- I want to note that this is not an easily repeatable trade
