Day Summary: Today was not a good day of trading,despite the loss being minimal. I traded a bias and with no set up, and basically got sucked into a trade based on looking at the DOM. I need to remember that the DOM should be used for the final confirmation and not the overall reason for a trade. I need to trade a set up (aka chart pattern) and then use order flow to confirm that I am right. That will make it easier for me to add to winners, but shouldn't be the only reason I take a trade. I also had no plan in the trade I took today in terms of a TP or stop level. I should not be taking any trades without those in place beforehand, and most definitely not without a planned stop. Have a plan, trade the plan.

- fighting momentum - bad
- actually considered going long on the red candle prior to entry and then flipped short? why ??
- no key level - bad
- biased based on 30 min 4 tragets - put too much efficence on my bias
- woke up not feeling good/confident - need to learn to not trade on days when i feel like that because I typically recognize it but never make the good habit decision not to trade and those days are almost always red days for me
- the only good things I did today was manage risk (sort of - best I could without a planned stop) and it did get worse so it's good that I stopped where I did, and the fact that I stopped after 1 bad trade because i knew I wasn't feeling it - at least that was trying to impliment good habits
