Day Summary: Today we had some action with a nice downtrend in the premarket leading into a quick drop at the open. During that premarket downtrend, I did see my set up flash quite a few times but I wasn't able to take advantage of it for multiple reasons. First being that I wasn't even on the charts yet when some happened lol, but second because my live account does not have access to intraday margin until 9am. I considered taking a trade on the funded but that was happening as I was marking up the charts so it just didn't make sense to multitask. Even after missing all those moves however, I did not submit to FOMO and approached the day with a good mindset, eventually seeing my set up and executing a quick scalp. It was dangerous because of the volitility and the timing (shorting after such a downtrend and an aggressive pop up) but I recognized that and appropriately took profits. After that, we ended up getting pretty choppy so I'm glad I ended to day with a one and done.

- I was aware during this short that we were in a demand zone on the 15min chart so that was another reason I decided to take this as a scalp
- good thing I was cautious because I got out at the perfect time (we ripped back up to 6900 from here
