September 25, 2025 (3 Trades) (-$82.50)
Overall Grade: D+
Day Summary: Nothing to say but what we already know, Thinking solely about the money and not the process causes bad decision making, I took a decent trade right before the open (and held into the open actually) and was up $60 on the opening candle. $60 is on the high side of my average winner so you'd think I'd be content with that unless I saw a real good set up right? Nope, instead got FOMO and shorted the bottom on the funded account, hitting my DLL, and then forced a short on the live giving up my profits from an easy first tade on no set up. I tried to take a small break as 10am was approaching but was in another forced short just minutes after and brought myself down $85 on the day. $140 swing for nothing. Two, unnecessary, forced trades. Giving back hard work. Remember, IT IS NOT WORTH IT IF THERE IS NOT AN EDGE !!

TRADES
Trade 1 - Short 2 MES @ Range Fakeout + 21 EMA Trap + Trend Continuation + Key Level
Grade: B
- looking back, this was actually a great trade - shorting the pullback of the trend at resistance
- sketchy to take right before the open, however
- great entry
- target was 6653.50 - pulled this off early - need to work on holding to set TP
- I do think taking this off on the opening candle was the right move, even considering how much lower this moved after the quick bounce
- In general, trading the open should be quick, scalp trades - just too unpredictable
Trade 2 - Short 2 MES @ No Set Up + FOMO + Thinking About the Money
Grade: D
- forced, just thinking of how big of a green day I could have since I felt like i was starting with a $60 head start
- FOMO from missing the down move
- shorted the low on the funded (hit DLL) and jumped in this as a revenge trade after the pop
- this is just so not worth the risk after being up early and that is what I am most disappointed with today
- knowing how much this was moving, short 2 near the ow with no set up was not a good idea
Trade 3 - Short 2 MES @ No Set Up + Revenge Trading + Being A Fucking Idiot
Grade: D-
- purely revenge trading - bad
- also had FOMO from stopping out near the high on Trade 2
- you could say this was 'technically' my set up but because of the HL set before this, and the wick of the previous candle before my entry, this was a very subpar set up
- short biased - bad
- again, this was not worth the risk. I could have had a small red day or waited for a better set up and potentially went back green
- just a full lack of emotional control here. This is a Market Giveaway. Free money. DON't DO THAT!
