TOS 10min Rule
New trading rule. If there’s even any sign for TOS issues pre-market I will not trade any ticker that I am not prepared to hold for another 10 minutes on TOS.
I can’t begin to explain how pissed I was at TOS support response. I spent about 10 hours spoke to maybe 8 different people since Monday’s issue and NONE of them watched the video… one of them even had the nerve to say I was trying to get money out of it. Phewyyyy. Stressful.

Backside Verbot (Ban)
Biggest loss day trading small caps so far. No % wise but $ amount. I've been dropping the ball a bit on backside moves. 14 day ban on trading those setups. Wed 17th I can do it again.

Quite the start to the month with what it seems every major broker having issues. Big focus on crypto as ALT's position them selves for more rallies. I'll be taking more crypto swing positions this month big look on ETH and XLM. Below is a list of swings I'm particulary interested in.

- Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE:ICE) is spinning off it's subsidiary BAKKT via a SPAC VIH to take it public. Bakkt is an integrated platform that allows individuals and institutions to transact in digital assets, especially cryptocurrencies. 2021 is in position to be a strong crypto bull year.

CLOV [NASD] - Clover Health Investments, Corp. - Healthcare | Healthcare Plans | USAClover, a startup backed by Alphabet Inc. and SequoiaProvides Medicare Advantage health plans to 57,000 members. The six-year old start-up began the process of going public over the summer and picked IPOC SPAC which completed Jan 7th. For me it's more of a Chamath play for Healthcare exposure.Recent report though frim hindenburg research doesn't bread confidence..Ideal Entry $14Price Target $30

- A bit of an odd EV but it's a moduler vehicle and it's been getting a lot of coverage. The Biden administration should help the EV sector pump continue although I am worried that the stream is drying up short term.

The VPP can generate revenue by selling excess power to utility companies or utilizing the saved power to reduce building energy peak consumption. I'm a big fan of how they are planing to make school busses EV and school bus stations EV charging stations. This sounds like a total no brainer to do for towns and cities. There is so much waste currently there.
