SECO float is 300K and volume 72M. The stock did a light drop but then started to create resistence on 1.50 cents so I wanted my entry to by at the breakout but after my entery at 1.50 the stock failed to breakout and I exit with stop lose. I should sat my entery at 1.51 so I can be sure about the breakout.
