ABCD, C,

I give this trade/chart a C rating, I think the ABCD setup was there and I took a small position size and had a define risk level. One indicator I chose to ignore was VWAP, it was trending very close and even under VWAP. A strong stock holding ABOVE VWAP and forming an ABCD pattern should have been my ideal play. I think this was a forced trade

Entry: I noticed on the 1 min and 5 min chart that there was a lower high followed by a higher low, I got in with small postion size wanting to risk the 9.90 level. risking about a 2:1

Exit: I saw on the chart it had two quick pull backs to the 9.45 level and was having trouble breaking past the 9.50 level. I got out before my stop because it wasnt uptrending as I was hoping for it too

 

Overall this isnt the worst trade, I think I handled exit will, and entried appropiately with a define risk.

Chasing, FOMO, Revenge,

(Trade 2) This was a revengeful trade because the first one didnt workout, I chased the stock because it had the move that I wanted and it quickly bit me in the ass. And same thing as the first trade, I added to a loser, where I added is where I should have cut. I didnt have a define risk point and was purely chasing thinking about the $$.

Entry: I got some FOMO because I have predicted is the stock could break 2.30 it can spike. I was in a vengeful mindset, I noticed the the level 2 had big ASK at the 2.40 level. I chose to ingore this indicator for me not to get in and i still chased it

Entry2: I should have been looking to sell after a big washout like this

Exit: second big washout and I knew I was in trouble, I needed to cut and leave the computer

Pros:

Cons:

• revenge trading, there was no reason for me to be in this trade
• no define risk point
• Ignored key indicators for me not to get in 
• Was excepting for the stock to do something
• chased

 

This is a very bad trade

 

Random,

(trade 1) I wanted to make something happend, I was fixated on the $$ comeout instead of playing an actually pattern. I am not proud of this trade because I added to a loser instead of just cutting it. 

Entry: I saw this stock up trending and wanted to be apart of the move, I waited for a pullback to happend and got in once it bounced and consolidated. I was way to eager to getting into this stock and jumped in without the stock forming a trend.

Entry 2: at this point I should have cut losses, way to fixated on the $$ outcome 

Exit: I saw that there was a bounce at the after my second entry and decided to get out as the spike was not strong

Pros:

• Tried to exit as safely as possible, messed up on entries

Cons:

• Impatient
  • didnt let the trend form
• Mindset 
  • Wanted to make quick $$
• Not following a pattern

 

ABCD, B,

This was a good managed trade, I get a little impatient when stocks are moving a little bit slower but I am able to read them way better and react quicker. This trade might have had a tighter stop than it needed, the 2.15 "bottom of 'B' would have been a better risk level. I did see an ABCD pattern form in the 1 min chart, and got in at a dip.

Entry: I saw that this stock was forming an ABCD pattern on the 1 min chart. I got in in a small position size and wanted to risk the 2.20 level, for a target price of around 2.40.

Exit: I saw that is had a little spiked pulled back then attemped to spike again to get stuffed at the same level, this worried me and I was not longer comfortable in the trade. I wanted to get out to protect myself

Pros:

• I followed my risk exit price
• didnt "chase" the move
• small position size

Cons:

• risk level was too tight

Chasing, F, FOMO, Pull-back,

This trade I was not too emotionally attached to it because I was playing small position size, I was too fixated on the potential outcomes and not the trade or play. 

Enrty: It broke HOD and a long term resistance level, I was too eager to entry and ended up chasing the stock and buying near the top. 

Exit: I didnt have a define risk level I wanted to exit at, the is trade number 2 that I have done this. I got stubborn and let it go against me for a bigger % lose than I am confortable with. "I have to bite the bullet", I should have been in this trade in the first place

Pros:

• I played with super small position size

Cons:

• Didnt cut losses quickly
• chasing
• Didnt have a define risk level
• didnt let the stock form its trend

ABC, C,

Entry: I was trying to mimic the first trade, now risking the 4.8 level and being more patient (second trade on the chart)

Exit: saw that there was a mad pullback and a lower high, needed to get out to protect myself

 

ABC, B,

Enrty: This was a slower moving stock trending above VWAP, my plan was to by the dip and sell into the resistance level at the 4.60 level, risking the 4.33 level

Exit: got nervous, but should have held until my risk or exit level was reached

 

Overall, this trade could have use more patients, but working on find a profitable pattern

 

F, Pull-back,

Enrty: This was an arbritary level that I thought could have a bounce from after a pullback from the halt

Exit: got stubborn with this trade and let it go against me for too long, should coulda woulda gotten out once it failed to get passed 20.00 several times

 

I WILL LEARN FROM THIS TRADE, lucky it was with small size

ABCD, B,

Entry: I was hesitant to take this because it was in PM, decided to take a super small postion size because the set up was there

Exit: sold into the pop, wanted to be out before market open incase of a morning panic

 

Overall, decent trade. Gave this a B beacuse it was in PM but i think execution and exit were an A given the circumstances

ABCD, B,

Entry: Took a small starter position size risking the 7.90 area

Enrty2: there was some strength into except 'D' to happend, accidently placed an order for 100 instead of 10

Exit: I got rid on my P&L on my main chart I was watching, and let the the stock play itself because the accidental position size didnt change my thesis. I wanted to risk the 7.90 level. I didnt know how far this stock could go, I already made a mistake with position sizing. I put a limit order to get out right above the lower high incase tests that area and rejects that level. 

 

Overall, I think the setup was that and I reacted. The higher low was not as low as I was expecting but it held the 7.90 level well. 

• double check entry size.. maybe set the deafult to 10-20 shares
