General:

First week I started off on the wrong foot and was not "reading" stocks well, then midterm season came along and added lots of stress. Sat in a paper account for the 3rd week.

Stats:

From my monthly stats:

  1. I had long red streaks
    • My emotional, random, FOMO trades where my biggest losses
  2. Letting red trades affect me
    • cut my winners early, and wasnt trading as big of size
  3. VWAP Reclaim 3/3
    • Being able to identify where a key sup level is under VWAP and long off of it

    Lessons:

  1. Breaking small rules can hurt me
    • trading stock above $8
  2. Contorling emotions are hard
    • tend to have the biggest loses because being emotional and undisciplined
  3. Look at the bigger picuture
    • DRAW your trendline --> stop trading the backside

    Next Month Improvements:

Really wanting to focus on VWAP reclaims and washouts IF that whats the market gives me. I want to be more disciplined, stick to low priced, small cap stocks. Try to elimate as many random backside trades.

Overall:

Overall, fustrating month. I slipped a little and continue to slip throughout the month. I am proud that I swtich over to paper account for a week and stuck to it. This month was full of lessons about the market and myself.

  • if school is stressful go into a paper account
  • forcing trades are loosing trades
