Day Summary: Today I had a quick one and done scalp which actually paid decent because of the volatility. I'm glad I decided not to take any other trades on this account because even though I made money, my head still wasn't in the right place today. I missed an early short right out of the gates and then had FOMO. Thankfully, I was able to execute my set up even with FOMO, and ultimately took it off in the right spot, but in actuality it was because I was P/L trading, which is not good.

- nailed the entry
- play booked set up - good
- trading in the direction of trend (15 MIN) - good
- very happy I took profits off where I did because this ended up being the first HL after the 9:45 LOD
- I was P/L trading this which isn't good, but i knew the area I needed to get out if it was going to bounce, which it did
- executing my system, without a FOMO entry, allowed for this trade to be a lot less risky than it otherwise could have been. I need to remember why it is so important to stick to my system and my system only
